The JBJ team did a phenomenal job with my custom engagement ring! I came to them with a vision and it is better than I ever expected!
My fiancé proposed with elk ivories (elk teeth) from our first elk hunt together and requested that I design a ring that incorporates them. It was difficult to find a company that WOULD design a ring with he ivories but JBJ was excited to include the material in the ring! Myself and the JBJ team went back and forth until we reached the final design. Everyone was fantastic to work with.
I was able to incorporate some of my fiancés grandmas diamonds and wood in the ring as well. They also helped me design a band for my fiancé that also included the ivories as well as the same wood types in my ring.
Overall, my experience working with JBJ was great, I would recommend anyone to them!
My fiancé and I are from New Zealand, and discovered Jewelry by Johan online. We both loved the idea of getting a bridal ring set with meteorite, and JBJ had the most amazing variety of options, as well as the opportunity to customise. We’ve just received the rings, and they are FABULOUS! Absolutely perfect, and the JBJ team were excellent to deal with - friendly, so helpful (with all our questions!) and so responsive. Since we were ordering from overseas, we were a little cautious, but we’d now have no hesitation recommending the JBJ team to anyone. We’ll be ordering my fiancé’s wedding band shortly!
My Fiance and I flew to the jewelry shop from Florida. Ruth and the team made our experience a time to remember! We customized a ring with elder borough wood with a blue stain laying on a 10k gold ring that was engraved topped with a moissanite setting. Everything about this ring is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. Ruth and the team communicated very effectively and in a timely manner. We had many many questions, and we never felt we were a bother. Everyone was very willing to help! We were always kept in the loop for everything about the ring. The estimated shipping time was very helpful too! From customer service to the production of the ring exceeded our expectations for sure!
I am glad I found JBJ while browsing through the internet. My fiancé wanted a tungsten with a green line on the ring. When I first saw the meteorite men’s wedding band with green wood, I know it’s the one I wanted to get him and he likes the design too. The customer service was excellent. They reply fast and the ring came sooner than expected. We love the ring and I like that it looks like silver even though it is a tungsten. We had to return it to be engraved since the material is tungsten and we got the ring back less than a week. Overall, JBJ went beyond my expectation and I am happy with my purchase.
I have to say this company is fantastic. They honored a holiday special when we ordered a custom ring hours before they started it. The ring is beautiful with whiskey oak barrel, titanium, vinyl, and a guitar string. They were able to make it in a rounded shape and not the larger squared edge. It was delivered faster than estimated with the engraving. I cannot say enough about this awesome ring and wonderful customer service.
JBJ is a wonderful company with amazing products and staff. My wife got me a dinosaur bone and meteorite ring for our wedding, and I was always careful with it because I knew it was fragile. Then one day it slipped out of my hand and the dinosaur bone chipped off in multiple places. JBJ offered to replace the full dinosaur bone with crushed bone and a protective sealant. Their staff was helpful with all of my questions, and the ring looks amazing.
Extremely satisfied! My wife bought my wedding band there in 2015. I'm not always the most careful person and the fossil inlay has experienced some wear. I took it in, Kristin and Trinity assisted me, gave me an estimate in no time and provided choices for fossil replacement. 10/10, would recommend based on customer service, variety of choices and beautiful pieces.
